Caring for a family member with Alzheimer's is emotionally and physically exhausting. Our specialized caregivers and nurses provide a safe environment to prevent wandering, maintain structured daily routines, offer gentle cognitive stimulation, and give families essential respite.

This care is arranged by the hour, so the price depends on how long the nurse stays and how often you need visits. Tell us the situation and we will confirm the price in writing before the first visit — no obligation.
What happens after you contact us
- You call, send a WhatsApp message, or ask us to call you back.
- A care advisor asks about the patient, the address, and the prescription.
- We confirm the price, the nurse, and the arrival time before the visit.
- The nurse arrives with the equipment, presents professional ID, checks the prescription, then gives the care.
- For regular follow-up, you receive a written summary every week for the family and the doctor.
Where we come, and how fast
- All Marrakech neighbourhoods, day and night.
- Visits outside the city may include a small travel supplement, confirmed before booking.
- Night and weekend visits carry a supplement, confirmed before booking.
Before the nurse arrives
- Injections, IV infusions and blood tests require a valid prescription. Foreign prescriptions are accepted.
- We confirm exactly what to prepare when you book.
Who comes to your home
Every visit is made by a qualified nurse.
- The nurse presents their Sanad Care card on arrival.
- We assign the same nurse wherever scheduling allows; a replacement is briefed on the patient's file.
- A coordinator nurse follows each patient's care plan.
- You can ask for a nurse you feel comfortable with.
- You can ask to change the nurse at any time.
- You can report a nurse to us directly.
Safety, limits and emergencies
- We are not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call SAMU 141 immediately.
- Our nurses work from your doctor's prescription. They do not diagnose, do not change a treatment, and do not replace hospital care.

Payment and paperwork
- Payment in cash or by bank transfer only, with a detailed invoice for every visit.
- We issue a detailed invoice for every visit.
- Cancellation is free if you tell us before the nurse is dispatched; if the nurse is already on the way or has arrived, a travel fee applies. We appreciate as much notice as possible — ideally 6 hours or more.
- We are not affiliated with AMO, CNSS or any insurer and cannot guarantee reimbursement — coverage depends on your own plan. Some private insurance plans and mutual funds may partially cover prescribed home nursing; check with your insurer. We provide detailed invoices to support claims.
