Sanad Care is a home nursing provider based in Marrakech, Morocco. This policy explains what we do with personal information when you use sanadcare.ma or contact us.
What we collect
What you send through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
What you tell us on WhatsApp or by phone when arranging care, including information about the patient's health and needs.
Basic technical information about how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and arrange the care you ask for.
To keep a record of the care we provide, so the next nurse knows what happened before.
To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.
Health information
Caring for someone means handling health information, which is sensitive. We ask only for what we need to provide the care you request, and we share it only with the nurses involved in that care.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and collects an abbreviated IP address. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Who else is involved
Google — website analytics, and the Google Business Profile where our reviews are published.
Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that contact form messages come from a person rather than a bot.
Our email provider — delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Meta (WhatsApp) — if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to answer you and arrange care.
Care records: for the duration of the care relationship and as long as applicable rules require.
Analytics data: according to Google Analytics' own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data governs how we handle this. If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR.
